Kara serves as Escrow Assistant for Chicago Title’s Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She entered the title industry in 1999, working for a major national insurance company’s relocation department. Kara then moved on to a small law firm where she gained more exposure to the residential side of the business. In 2003, she joined the Columbus NCS where she has served in various underwriting support and escrow capacities. Kara's duties have included reviewing searfches to draft commitments, coordinating large recording projects and disbursing transactions. Currently, her main focus is working on HUD loan refinances and loan modifications.
