James serves as Commercial Coordinator and Escrow Assistant for Fidelity National Title's Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He has been in the industry since 2006 and is a licensed California real estate agent. Joining the NCS in 2021, James assists the escrow officers, processes open orders, preapproves legals, deposits checks, and e-records documents.
